We offer two types of support:
- Free support: covers bugs and help setting up the Chat SDK
- Priority support: covers feature enhancements and help integrating Chat SDK with your existing project.
If you are having a problem setting up the Chat SDK or if you find a bug, you can report the issue on Github. You can report issues for each platform:
You should include as much information as possible including error messages, screenshorts and stack traces. Make sure to label the issue correctly – i.e. bug, help wanted etc… We will aim to reply within 24 hours.
Priority support includes help adding the Chat SDK to your project and help customizing the Chat SDK. Since these kinds of advanced requests are usually specific to your particular project, they take extra time and effort to answer. Priority support can be purchased on our online store in hourly blocks. With priority support, you will get a direct line of communication to an expert either by email or Skype.
