Refund Policy

– We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all licenses purchased on this website except for XMPP.
– You can request a refund for any reason
– If you pay by Stripe, the refund will be minus any Stripe fees.
– When you return a product, your license is voided and you must delete all copies of the product
– The refund policy only applies to licenses – it does not apply to services, support or customization
– No transfer fees or currency conversion fees will be refunded and an admin fee of $25 will be charged
– A refund will not be given if there are grounds to believe that the source code will be used after the refund without a license
– For the XMPP module refunds are not available. If you would like to arrange a demo in advance of a purchase, you can contact us at team@sdk.chat.

How can I apply for a refund?

If you are within the 14 day period, you should just send us an email at team@chatsdk.co giving details of your purchase date and email address.

How are the 14 days counted?

We offer 14 full days trial time. Imagine you purchased a product on Monday morning at 9:00 am, you would have until the following Monday at 9:00 am to request a refund.

I’m beyond the refund period but I still want to get my money back. Is that possible?

We feel that 14 days is a generous amount of time to test our products. Unfortunately, if you miss the refund period, we won’t be able to give you a refund. However, if you really feel that the product isn’t useful to you, we can void your license in exchange for store credit. Our recommendation is to test the product and make a decision early so you don’t miss the deadline.

Seriously, I just missed the refund period by a few hours…?

As soon as the refund period is over, we automatically add the payment to our financial system. At this point, we can no longer issue a refund. We strongly recommend not waiting until the last minute to decide.
